His experience in sales, marketing, and management roles within the Contact Center Environment allowed him to help start up a multi-million dollar sales operation that specialized in outbound and inbound sales calls, proactive chat, and sales training. He has held various Business Development roles within the online media and software industries, where he worked with MaxPitch Media, publishers of www.justsell.com and www.salestough.com. His past role with Instant Service, one of the leading ASP providers of proactive chat and email management in the world, allows him to network, educate, and interact with high-level executives all over the world.
